Kinetic Evaluation Instruments Esprit SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) Spectrometer

The ESPRIT is designed for high-throughput SPR experiments. Its automation enables reproducible measurements with the ability to analyze up to 192 samples without user intervention. The dual-channel reference measurement can be used to correct experimental errors and/or matrix effects. The autosampler is controlled by the liquid handling tool in the software. Samples are taken from the microtiter plate and injected into the cuvette. The automatic control allows the user to perform measurements continuously and unattended. KEI SPR offers valuable advantages for a wide range of applications encompassing interactions between all classes of biomolecules: proteins, peptides, DNA and RNA, lipids, carbohydrates, as well as small molecules, cells, and even bacteria. With its open design, the KEI SPR can be connected to Metrohm Autolab or other potentiostat/galvanostat instruments to perform electrochemical SPR (ESPR) measurements, expanding the scope of research. It is supplied as shown and without software.
