The Olympus BX51M is a high-quality metallurgical microscope designed for accurate material analysis, quality control, and research applications. Thanks to its modular design and excellent UIS2 optics, this microscope offers razor-sharp images with high contrast and true-to-life color reproduction.

This configuration features a trinocular tube for connecting a digital camera, a mechanical stage, an objective turret, a DIC (Differential Interference Contrast) set, and high-quality Olympus objectives. This makes the system highly suitable for the inspection of metals, semiconductors, electronic components, ceramics, and other industrial materials.

The included MPLNFL N 4x and MPLANFL N 10x objectives deliver excellent planar imaging performance and high resolution. Additional Olympus objectives can be supplied for specific applications at an extra cost. Key features
