The original procurement price was € 510.000 excl. vat. The system was taken into use in 2020 and it combines advanced optical imaging (bioluminescence, fluorescence, Cerenkov) with integrated low dose microCT. This enables simultaneous molecular and  anatomical imaging in small animal research available at short notice.

• The system was fully operational at the time of decommissioning.
