The Agilent 1100 HPLC is a complete modular HPLC configuration for reliable and reproducible chromatographic analyses. The system consists of a quaternary pump, vacuum degasser, automatic sampler, thermostated column compartment, and variable wavelength detector (VWD). Operation can be performed directly via the included Agilent G1323B Control Module.

This configuration offers a practical combination of solvent management, automatic sample injection, column temperature control, and UV detection. The quaternary pump enables operation with multiple mobile phases, while the VWD is suitable for selective UV detection at a chosen wavelength.

The G1323B Control Module is the handheld controller for the Agilent 1100 series. It allows the individual HPLC modules to be configured, operated, and monitored. The G1323B supports, among others, the G1311A quaternary pump, G1329A autosampler, G1314A VWD, and G1316A column compartment.

The G1322A Vacuum Degasser removes dissolved gases from the mobile phase, thereby helping to prevent problems such as air bubbles and baseline instability. Model: G1322A
