The Bruins Instruments OmegAnalyzer F is a near infrared (NIR) spectrometer that can be used to determine the composition of foods such as meat, cheese and other semi-solid or viscous products. Properties such as the content of protein, fat, water and collagen can be measured simultaneously. The user menu is in German. An instruction manual in English can be supplied as a PDF if desired. Includes two sample trays, keyboard and mouse.
