Harvester kit for a dCP Fractionator system.
After a protein or peptide separation, individual gel plugs must be removed from the dPC to prepare for tryptic digestion or peptide elution before mass spectrometry analysis.
Using the dPC Plug Harvestor, you can select and group any of pH gel plugs into the same tube or microplate. Gel plugs can be used idividually or pooled for a wider pH range.
