Eppendorf Thermomixer Comfort allows simultaneous mixing and temperature control. Possible applications include: enzyme reactions, transformations, denaturations of DNA, RNA and proteins, culture of bacteria and yeast, bead technology, isolation of plasmids and DNA fragments from agarose gels, immunoprecipitation and hybridization. Two selectable program sequences with incubation, mixing and rest phases with subsequent cooling down to 13 °C below ambient temperature and automatic recognition of the thermoblock and display of maximum revolutions.
The used Eppendorf Thermomixer Comfort has been tested and is in good condition. The configuration offered includes the 1.5 ml block shown. Up to 10 other betting blocks are available through Eppendorf.
