Clean Air EF/A4 Biological Safety Cabinet

Clean Air’s biohazard cabinet type EF/A4 is designed for microbiological research with biological agents, such as bacteria, viruses and allergens. Among other things, this biohazard cabinet is suitable for growing cells and transfecting cells under sterile conditions.

The Clean Air EF/A4 generates a sterile air flow in the cabinet, thus keeping the cabinet material free from contamination and pollution (product protection). In addition, the downflow provides reasonable protection against cross-contamination of experiments. Furthermore, the suction of air from the laboratory room ensures that an inward-facing protective air curtain is formed at the front of the cabinet, which serves for personal protection.
