The Agilent G1956B LC/MSD SL is a single quadrupole Mass Selective Detector (MSD) for liquid chromatography (LC/MS). The system is designed for qualitative and quantitative analyses in pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental, and academic laboratories. Thanks to its high sensitivity, reliable mass selection, and easy integration with the Agilent 1100 and 1200 Series HPLC systems, the G1956B is a widely used detector for routine LC/MS analyses.
The detector is equipped with a single quadrupole mass analyzer, an electrospray ionization source (ESI), and optionally an APCI ionization source. The built-in vacuum unit and automatic autotune ensure stable performance and reproducible results. The instrument supports both scan mode and Selected Ion Monitoring (SIM) for high sensitivity in targeted analyses. Technical specifications
