Biosealer TC is a robust, flexible and easy-to-use solution that enables sterile disconnection of TPE (Thermo Plastic Elastomer) tubing. Extensive range of sealing capabilities in one device One device contains pre-installed standard parameters to seal up to 6 sizes of the 5 most popular TPE tubing in the industry. These include Tuflux® TPE, C-Flex® 374, AdvantaFlex™, Sanipure™ BDF and Pharmed™ BPT. Enhanced sealing capabilities for larger tubing sizes The Biosealer® TC can seal up to 6 sizes of TPE tubing from 1/8″ × 1/4″ to 3/4″ × 1″ (ID × OD) without accessories.

This also applies to fluid-filled tubing. Enhanced thermal seal stability The Biosealer® TC provides the user with a 20 mm seal for a more robust disconnection. In addition, a cutting guide in the seal ensures that the user makes a correct and clean cut with scissors. Enhanced portability Due to its relatively low weight and the possibility to operate the Biosealer® TC on a table or hanging, it is portable and can be placed as close as possible to the process area where sterile disconnection is desired. Intuitive user interface Selecting the tube material and tube size to be sealed via the touchscreen of the Biosealer® TC is very easy. All important instructions, such as setting and closing the pinch clamps at the right time, are displayed on the screen and must be confirmed by the user to continue the process.
