The IKA MICROSTAR 15 control is a compact, powerful, and advanced overhead stirrer developed for laboratory applications where high performance, precise speed control, and minimal workspace requirements are important.

This high-tech overhead stirrer combines a compact design with a powerful motor and intelligent control. The MICROSTAR 15 control is suitable for volumes up to 10 liters of water and viscosities up to 8,000 mPa·s, making the instrument widely applicable for a wide range of mixing and stirring applications.

The tempered glass display is responsive, easy to read, and resistant to chemicals. All important process information is clearly displayed. Thanks to the integrated timer/counter, kinetically sensitive reactions can be accurately monitored and reminders can be set.

An integrated vibration detection system monitors the process. When deviations from the permissible vibration values ​​are detected, the system can automatically stop the process. Additionally, the microprocessor-controlled speed regulation ensures a constant speed, even when the viscosity of the medium changes.

The MICROSTAR 15 control features a USB interface, which allows, among other things, process parameters to be documented via labworldsoft® and firmware updates to be performed.
