The Eppendorf MiniSpin plus is a compact and user-friendly mini-centrifuge for routine work with microtubes and small sample volumes. Thanks to its compact size, the centrifuge is suitable for use in individual laboratory workstations and in laboratories where space is limited.
The centrifuge is equipped with an F-45-12-11 fixed-angle rotor (45°) for up to 12 × 1.5/2.0 mL microtubes. The MiniSpin plus reaches a maximum speed of 14,500 rpm, corresponding to a maximum relative centrifugal force of 14,100 × g. The rotor also supports suitable adapters for smaller tube types.
A practical feature of the MiniSpin plus is the automatic conversion between rpm and RCF (× g). Additionally, the centrifugation time can be set up to 99 minutes or continuous centrifugation is enabled. Technical specifications
