IKA RV 10 Auto:

The completely revised RV 10 auto is the flagship of the IKA Rotation Evaporator product line. Its impressive features include an innovative control concept with a bright, high-contrast, TFT, color-graphic control panel, an integrated vacuum controller, cooling water monitoring and mature safety standards. The RV 10 auto offer all properties required for efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations. These include automatic control of the vacuum and cooling water volume. Its intuitive handling concept quickly leads its users to their desired results in every application. Thanks to specially designed glass guides, the condenser makes extremely efficient use of the 1500 cm² cooling surface. Thanks to its extended ramp programming capability, the RV 10 auto allows users to carry out customized procedures. Other innovative features, such as smooth start, interval mode, right-left operation in interval mode, or the timer function for time-lapse tests, make everyday work in the laboratory much easier. Safety is ensured by the motorized lift with safety-stop function that automatically lifts the evaporation flask out of the heating bath in the case of power failure. Additional safety for users is provided by individually adjustable temperature safety circuits, protection against boiling dry, adjustable end-point recognition to prevent glass breakage, and a locking function.

IKA RC 2 Control:

High efficient and temperature-stable circulating chiller with unique wireless controller. Designed for cooling applications up to -30 °C with powerful 400 W cooling capacity.

The speed-controlled PEEK pump allows an indirect continuous adjustment of the maximum pressure and flow rate. Due to its outstanding temperature stability of about ± 0.05 K (at -10 °C), the RC can handle even the most demanding applications.

Via the connection socket for an external PT 100 temperature sensor, it is possible to measure and control temperature directly in the working medium. An external PT 100 temperature sensor is included in scope of delivery.

With the wireless controller (WiCo), it is possible to operate the RC 2 safely and comfortably independent of the device position.

The included feed hopper and bleed valve enable the safe and clean handling of the thermofluid. An easy to open front hood allows for convenient cleaning of the air filter.

The high quality insulated 4-liter bath reservoir allows the use of up to 2.5 liters of thermofluid in the external cooling circle without refilling.

IKA Vacstar Digital:

The four-chamber membrane vacuum pump convinces with its high suction capacity, low space requirement and high serviceability. The setting of the parameters is carried out through a rotary-push button over a digital display showing current rpm.

The Vacstar digital is used for dry and oil-free applications in the laboratory. The membranes of the pump are particularly chemical resistant.
