Miele G7893 Professional Cleaning and Disinfection Machine

With this cleaning and disinfection machine you can clean, rinse, disinfect (thermally or chemo-thermally) and dry medical products, laboratory washware and accessories from these sectors intended for reuse.

Please also observe the instructions of the manufacturers of medical products (EN ISO 17664) and laboratory washware.

Program overview:

A CUSTOMER: A programmable program for special requirements. Programming is done by Miele on request. From the factory, the parameters correspond to the UNIVERSAL program.
B INORGANIC: For the removal of inorganic contaminants. General for analytical and water analysis applications and for water-based culture media with metal salts that are soluble in an acidic environment, such as Ca2+ and Mg2+. For low to medium soiling, with medium to high flushing requirements.
C ORGANIC: For organic contaminants such as oil, grease, wax and agar. Not suitable for contaminants that are soluble in an acidic environment (such as metal salts and amines). For medium to coarse soiling, with medium flushing requirements. Liquid detergent required. Connection to cold, warm and demineralized water recommended.
D STANDARD: A simple program for all types of soiling. Not suitable for denaturing contaminants and contaminants that are soluble in an acidic environment, such as proteins, metal salts and amines. For light soiling, with low flushing requirements.
E UNIVERSAL: For organic contaminants (eg proteins, and to a limited extent oils and fats), restricted for inorganic contaminants (water soluble metal salts, pH 7), for preparative and analytical applications. For low to medium soiling, with medium flushing requirements.
F INTENSIVE: For organic contaminants (e.g. proteins, cell and tissue cultures, limited oils and fats), restricted for inorganic contaminants (water soluble metal salts, pH 7), for preparative and analytical applications. For medium to coarse soiling, with medium to high flushing requirements.
G PLASTIC: For temperature-sensitive laboratory washware, e.g. plastic bottles (minimum temperature resistance 55 °C), for preparative applications and limited for analytical applications. For low to medium soiling, with medium flushing requirements.
DRAIN: To drain the rinsing water, e.g. if a program has been canceled. If applicable, observe the rules regarding infectious diseases.
RINSING: To remove brine overflows, to rinse heavily soiled wash items, for example to remove impurities and disinfectant residues or to prevent drying and caking until a complete program is completed.
varioTD: For applications where general hygiene requirements must be met, program according to EN ISO 15883-1, 90°C (+ 5°C, – 0°C), exposure time 5 minutes.
SPECIAL 93°C-10′: For cleaning and thermal disinfection at 93°C with a temperature stop (action time) of 10 minutes, according to §18 IfSG, disinfection effect A/B, if prescribed by the government or on special indication.
