On this website of LabForRent you will find all the available Life Sciences laboratories and R&D properties in the Netherlands. Use the selection criteria to indicate what is essential for you. That way you can easily find the lab that best meets your needs and situation, regardless whether it concerns long-term rental or temporary use.

LabForRent is an enterprise that draws attention to laboratories located in companies, incubators and science parks which could be of use to start-ups and developing companies – just to name a few. We display the technical specifications, the supporting facilities and services in the available laboratories. This information is freely available to everyone.

Do your own searching
LabForRent offers you a wide selection with no strings attached. You select the suitable lab from our selection and then contact LabForRent.

You can also enter a search query. For a one-time fee of € 295,- ex VAT, we will actively search (including in our database and within our connections) for suitable space and keep you closely informed of the progress. You will be notified as soon as a new space that matches your desired profile appears. The costs for renting a specific space depend entirely on the hiring of the party and the facilities/surface that is rented. Visits to the facilities (if desired) are guided. You can send us a search.
